No more biting – after 30 years!
I’ve bitten my nails for 30 years! I didn’t even realize I was doing it, it was embarrassing and dirty. Absolutely nothing, nothing could get me to stop. Honest 10 is durable and won’t wash off easily. The taste is extremely bitter and immediately brings your attention to what you’re doing. I’ve been free of the habit for 6 weeks, and now have strong, nice looking nails that I keep trimmed – for the first time that I can remember.
