Loved the Kit!
Brilliant kit, this company really thought this through. The nail tools, chart and nail treatment all work together. I didn’t realize how important keeping the nails smooth and free of hanging cuticles is to breaking the habit. Smooth fingers really lessened the desire to chew. Plus the motivational chart really helped with goal setting and being consistent. The system worked!
